ABOUT CLOCKS OF DOOM

Up front, Clocks of Doom is an experiment in monetizing a web site. I'm fairly poor, and am exploring ways to generate income via the web without scam, spam or false promises. My hope is to create web sites on subjects that interest me, generate true and informative content, and generate income from them.

Clocks of Doom came to me after talking with a friend about countdown sites and the amount of traffic they generate. The problem with countdowns is that they end. Even the 2012 sites, for example, have a shelf life of only a few years.

So, why not create a count-up clock? Why not a lot of count-up clocks? Clocks of Doom was born. At this point, the original idea has changed slightly. This site will incorporate both, countdown and count-up clocks as cults and prophecies are added.
